Shipping & Returns FAQs
How much does shipping cost?
you can calculate shipping rates at checkout. please note we are not responsible for duties and taxes on international orders.
How long will return take to process?
depending on the service you’ve chosen to use to return your item(s), it can usually take up to 21 workingdays (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. we’ll be in touch by email once the return has been processed to confirm your refund.
Can I modify/cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We totally get it — sometimes you change your mind! If you need to modify or cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible by emailing info@nsvnthelabel.com.
We’ll do our best to catch it before it’s processed, but once your order has been packed or shipped, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes or cancellations. In that case, you can still return your item once it arrives — just head to our returns page for details.

Will Cupro irritate my skin?
Cupro generally won’t irritate your skin. It is a hypoallergenic fabric and is known for being breathable and incredibly gentle on your skin.
That said, everyone’s skin is different — and sometimes irritation can come from washing detergents, fabric softeners, or other products used during care, rather than the fabric itself.
Will the fabric shrink or change after washing?
Cupro doesn’t typically shrink if cared for correctly. Always follow the care instructions on the label to keep your garment in perfect condition.

Is your loungewear vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — always. Every product is 100% vegan, cruelty-free, and silk-free. We’re committed to offering ethical alternatives to traditional silk that still feel beautiful and indulgent.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Yes — our packaging is 100% biodegradable and plastic-free. We use compostable mail bags, eco stickers, and minimal packaging to keep your order safe and planet-friendly.
Where are your clothes made?
We work with ethical production partners who share our values. Each piece is made with care in small batches to ensure high quality and fair working conditions.
