Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
All original tags and labels must still be attached
Items must be returned in the original packaging, where possible
We do not accept returns for:
Items that show signs of wear (e.g., makeup stains, perfume, deodorant)
Items with tags removed
Any items returned after the 14-day period

Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
